- Customer portal and account management
- Online booking and payment processing
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes
- We use Stripe for secure payment processing
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the service date are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before may be eligible for a partial refund or credit
- No refunds are available for missed sessions without prior notification
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, including any relevant requirements or special needs
- Attending scheduled sessions on time
- Informing us of any changes to contact details or account information
- Agreeing to our service policies and code of conduct
6. Compliance and Standards
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. All franchise operators comply with relevant industry regulations and follow our comprehensive operational policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding associated with AdvantageHQ are protected by intellectual property rights. Customers retain rights to their own materials created using our services.
8. Photography and Media
We may photograph or record sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. Customers can opt out of media consent at any time through the Customer Portal or by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure quality service delivery, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our activities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
